About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end GBS, Shared Services, and Finance Transformation engagements by conducting current-state maturity assessments, analyzing operational data, and developing target operating models (TOM).
  • Analyze end-to-end workflows to drive process standardization, simplification, and value realization tracking across corporate functions.
  • Assist with benchmarking, performance analysis, and governance design to optimize client service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate client workshops, manage cross-functional workstream dependencies (risks, issues, actions), and prepare executive-ready deliverables and reports.
  • Contribute to consulting proposals, RFP responses, market research, and the creation of proprietary methodologies and thought leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8 years of experience within management consulting, GBS, Shared Services, Finance Transformation, or corporate business transformation environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications are advantageous (Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, PMP, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing current-state operating models, mapping end-to-end business processes, and supporting large-scale optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of core corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, or Enterprise Services) and their associated service delivery frameworks.
  • Proven track record in preparing executive-ready client reports, data-driven recommendations, and strategic presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success managing cross-functional project teams and client relationships.
