About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a targeted sales process and oversee a defined sales territory.
- Acquire new customers through email campaigns, networking, cold calling and other strategies.
- Handle all qualified leads/opportunities.
- Support prospects and existing customers, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline.
- Collaborate with an account team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Demonstrable ability to manage a defined sales territory.
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts.
- Deep understanding of pipeline velocity and sales forecasting.
- Fluent in German, Polish and English.
- Preferred: sales experience in IT or ERP.
