About the role
- Structuring client mandate documentation
- Independent handling of financial accounting
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
- Quality assurance of booking data and client records
- Responsibility for digital processes
- Working with DATEV Unternehmen online and automation services
- Supporting the optimization of bookkeeping and document workflows
- Ensuring clean digital client workflows
- Independent communication with clients and authorities
- Close collaboration with tax specialists, certified accountants and tax advisors
- Handover of structured work outputs to the advisory team
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte)
- Initial professional experience is an advantage but not required
- Interest in accounting and tax logic
- Good knowledge of DATEV or willingness to acquire it quickly
- Attention to detail, structured working style and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills and team orientation
- Desire to develop professionally
