About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Observe daily logistics operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with established protocols
  • Handle scheduling and prioritizing of shipments, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and external partners
  • Organize transportation and delivery schedules and optimize routes for timely and cost-effective shipments
  • Prepare accurate shipping and receiving documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and identifying potential shortages
  • Contact suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve shipment, scheduling, and logistics issues
  • Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and recommend efficiency enhancements
  • Follow up with team members and external vendors to ensure compliance with operational deadlines and requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2–4 years of experience required
  • 5–7 years of experience preferred
  • Knowledge of customer support
  • Experience with warehouse management systems
  • Data entry skills
