About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Observe daily logistics operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with established protocols
- Handle scheduling and prioritizing of shipments, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and external partners
- Organize transportation and delivery schedules, optimizing routes for timely and cost-effective shipments
- Prepare accurate shipping and receiving documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Perform inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and identifying potential shortages
- Contact suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve shipment, scheduling, or logistics issues
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements
- Follow up with team members and external vendors to ensure compliance with operational deadlines and requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma
- 2–4 years of experience
- Knowledge of customer support
