About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Team Lead will work directly with operations to support production needs around production control and planning of machines in their designated area of responsibility.
- Responsibilities will cover functions related to coordinating a seamless production flow in relation to raw materials, work in process material, and through to finish goods transfer of material.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exhibits good decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Able to influence and train others in a respectful manner.
- Illustrates a minimum level of communication skills (verbal and written) and knows when it is time to escalate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
