About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Under limited direction, perform a variety of complex engineering assignments requiring in-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineering
- Act as a Core Team Leader/Project Manager leading a team of diverse experiences and disciplines towards the successful design, manufacturing, and commercialization of new products
- Adhere to and follow a Stage Gate development process to ensure products are well designed and manufactured according to highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory codes
- Proactively seek and implement initiatives to improve operations and increase customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives
- Design systems to meet customer specifications and business needs
- Develop complex product designs and systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Implement processes to enhance product performance and streamline development cycles
- Communicate complex technical data to stakeholders
- Coordinate with external suppliers and partners for successful product development
- Coach junior engineers and team members
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives in engineering practices
- Make formal technical presentations to customers and at industry forums
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Specialized Degree: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or Physics
- Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
- Preferred Education Level: Master’s degree
- Specialized Degree: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- Years of Experience: 8-11 Years
