Senior Specialist, Training - Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides strategic leadership and executes training programs at the operational level
- Drive execution of training documentation, processes, and plans; provides feedback for improvement
- Customizes and localizes training materials for specific roles or departments; facilitates in-person & virtual training
- Delivers onboarding, safety, and job-specific training to hourly and salaried team members; mentors others may lead projects
- Drive change communication and training rollout during change initiatives
- Works closely with supervisors and frontline team members to identify training gaps
- Deliver communication and training rollout during change initiatives
- Maintains training records and ensures documentation is up to date at the local level
- Collects and analyze feedback and reports on training participation and comprehension
- Demonstrates learning commitment; Encouraged to develop skills in facilitation, LMS use, and instructional design
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree: Education, or business-related field
- Years of Experience: 5-7
- Training or operations in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree: Education, HR, Organizational Development or related field
- Years of Experience: 8-11
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, Training, Learning & Development, Continuous Improvement, or Organization Operations in a manufacturing environment
