Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 Years of experience in Training or operations in a manufacturing environment
- Specialized Degree in Education or business-related field
- 5-7 Years of preferred experience in Education, HR, Organizational Development or related field
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, Training, Learning & Development, Continuous Improvement, or Organization Operations in a manufacturing environment
