About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plans and manages projects from initiation through completion
- Ensures alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
- Coordinates project resources, contract management, and progress reporting
- Leads troubleshooting efforts to address issues and ensure successful outcomes
- Monitors overall project performance, evaluates risks and results
- Recommends adjustments to schedules, costs, and/or resources
- Acts as a specialist in managing projects of varying complexity
- Advises senior leadership on project performance, risks, and opportunities
- Applies highly developed project management methodologies
- Coordinates externally with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders
- Handles complex project issues and identifies potential risks
- Develops actionable insights based on data analysis and project metrics
- Interfaces with cross-functional teams to align project goals
- Assembles and coaches project teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- 8-11 Years of Experience
- Preferred Education Level: Master's Degree
- Project Management Professional Certification
- 12-14 Years of Experience
- Skills: Subcontracting, Project Implementation, Influencing Skills, Mitigation, Process Improvement, Document Control, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Commissioning, Project Management Life Cycle
