- Designs, documents, tests, and enables enterprise sales systems and processes that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long‑term customer success.
- Ensures sales technology aligns with strategic objectives, standardized processes, and measurable performance outcomes.
- Represents sales and customer needs during system changes and transformation initiatives, acting as a key liaison between Sales, ITS, and cross‑functional partners.
- Drives system adoption, data‑driven insights, trainings and continuous improvement to support sustainable growth and strong customer outcomes.
