Designs, documents, tests, and enables enterprise sales systems and processes that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long‑term customer success.
Ensures sales technology aligns with strategic objectives, standardized processes, and measurable performance outcomes.
Represents sales and customer needs during system changes and transformation initiatives, acting as a key liaison between Sales, ITS, and cross‑functional partners.
Drives system adoption, data‑driven insights, trainings and continuous improvement to support sustainable growth and strong customer outcomes.
