About the role
- Provide daily leadership and long-term vision to the Engineering and Maintenance departments.
- Responsible for hands-on development, implementation and measurement of critical engineering processes and programs.
- Oversee the Maintenance department.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Engineering department.
- Participate in planning, tracking and execution of cap-ex and plant related projects.
- Responsible for leading the Engineering Team in process improvement and implementation of manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must possess strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
