About the role
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.
- Support data analysis for budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Conduct research to benchmark financial metrics against industry standards.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliations, and financial system updates.
- Prepare presentations summarizing financial data and insights for leadership.
- Support continuous improvement efforts for finance processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members on ad hoc financial analysis and projects.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools.
