About the role
- Your intern assignment is generally 10-12 weeks, and co-op assignment is generally 16-18 weeks and will include an assigned project and opportunities to present your work.
- You will also collaborate on other exciting projects and work with talented peers and inspirational leaders, many of whom began as interns and co-ops themselves.
- You will be provided a robust developmental experience through an immersive onboarding and offboarding experience, assigned a mentor, networking opportunities, organized events, activities, and community service /volunteer initiatives.

- The Project Management Intern will support the Project Management team through project reporting, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementation and dashboard development.
- The intern will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, supporting large business initiatives, and working with data and tools that help drive successful project outcomes.
- The intern must be a self-starter who takes initiative and proactively supports the project team’s needs.
- Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining project reports and dashboards to assist project management team with project visibility and tracking.
- Support communication across cross‑functional teams by preparing summaries, workflows, updates, and basic presentations.
- Gather and review data to help identify project trends, risks, or areas for improvement.
- Support Salesforce implementation activities for project management, including updating data, tracking and documenting changes, and creating and maintaining dashboards for visibility.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to reports, templates, and workflows.
- Ability to work in and learn different systems including Excel, BI, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
