About the role

  • Analyze workflows, production processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies.
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize costs.
  • Design plant layouts for optimal material flow and space utilization while ensuring ergonomic and safety considerations.
  • Collect and interpret data on production rates, resource utilization, and quality metrics, using statistical tools and simulation models to predict outcomes and support decision-making.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate digital tools such as MES and ERP systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to hourly team members, and other staff on process changes or best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
  • Specialized Degree: Industrial Engineering
  • Years of Experience: 0-2 Years
  • Field of Expertise: Industrial Engineering
  • Licenses/Certificates: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
  • Years of Experience: 2-4 years (preferred)
