Your intern assignment is generally 10-12 weeks, and co-op assignment is generally 16-18 weeks and will include an assigned project and opportunities to present your work.
You will also collaborate on other exciting projects and work with talented peers and inspirational leaders, many of whom began as interns and co-ops themselves.
You will be provided a robust developmental experience through an immersive onboarding and offboarding experience, assigned a mentor, networking opportunities, organized events, activities, and community service /volunteer initiatives.

The intern will serve as a Project Support Coordinator reporting to the PMO Director. The position will support project execution, process improvement, and PMO operational maturity.
The role will provide support to multiple active initiatives related to project operating procedures, governance, metrics, and PMO standards.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, Business Major, or a related field.
Minimum 3.2 GPA.
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Project Management Certificate (e.g., CAPM) is desirable.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in project management, process improvement, or structured problem‑solving environments.
