About the role
- Monitors and analyzes financial performance, identifying variances and reporting deviations to management
- Prepares detailed financial reports and conducts management financial review
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures and strategies
- Prepare and manage budgets for capital projects
- Forecast financial performance and develop annual financial plans
- Implement robust internal control framework
- Conduct financial audits and assessments
- Provide guidance on financial best practices
- Ensure accuracy of financial position and reporting through timely completion of account reconciliations
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Accounting or Finance
- 8-11 Years of Experience
- Master's Degree: MPAcc or MBA in Accounting or Finance (Preferred)
- 12-14 Years of Experience (Preferred)
- Certificates/Licenses: CPA, CMA, CGMA or equivalent professional certification
