About the role
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate ideas from the business to improve or develop new functionality within SAP.
- Document and maintain the business processes using SAP best practices.
- Coordinate and participate in system integration, performance, and acceptance testing.
- Manage the move of approved application changes thru the system landscape.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting to the business community.
- Assist with SAP training as new functionality is implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Computer Science
- 5-7 years of experience, minimum of 5+ years of Functional Analyst experience preferred
- Good understanding of specific SAP process, general business theory and concepts
- Ability to analyze and document a business process flow from beginning to end
- Experience with SAP systems and related modules
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to manage project timelines and follow change management processes
