About the role
- Manages inside sales accounts by building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates account strategies, benchmarks sales performance, and defines key objectives to maximize business opportunities.
- Advises with managers to develop tactical and operational plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure quality and consistency in account management practices.
- Establishes strategic priorities and adapts departmental plans to address operational challenges and resource needs effectively.
- Executes targeted sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and expand the organization’s market presence.
- Evaluates performance of team members, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
- Must manage Southwire Team Members
- Number of Direct Reports: 5-10
