About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure activities are brought into compliance with the state and District rules.
Work closely with Regulatory Support staff (administrative and field services staff) to accomplish these tasks.
Travel to site meetings in designated District counties.
Participate in ERP Bureau projects under the direction of the ERP Compliance Manager.
Perform other duties as necessary, including emergency management activities before, during and after major storm events.

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree (or higher) in Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
2 years related work experience for Engineer 2, 4 years for Engineer 3
Valid driver's license
Valid Florida Professional Engineer license for Engineer 3
