About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure activities are brought into compliance with the state and District rules.
- Work closely with Regulatory Support staff (administrative and field services staff) to accomplish these tasks.
- Travel to site meetings in designated District counties.
- Participate in ERP Bureau projects under the direction of the ERP Compliance Manager.
- Perform other duties as necessary, including emergency management activities before, during and after major storm events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2 years related work experience for Engineer 2, 4 years for Engineer 3
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Florida Professional Engineer license for Engineer 3
