About the role

  • Collect, track, and maintain accurate data related to reclaimed water programs and initiatives.
  • Perform detailed analysis of reclaimed water data to identify trends, compliance status, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to support regulatory and permitting processes.
  • Collaborate with District regulatory and permitting staff to ensure alignment with established guidelines and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including FDEP, utilities, cooperators, and professional organizations, to share data and support joint initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities align with District Strategic Goals for reclaimed water and contribute to long-term planning and resource management.
  • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements and District standards.
  • Provide technical support and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and policy development.
  • Participate in and coordinate in emergency management activities, other departmental activities, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science, environmental science, engineering or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
  • Valid driver’s license
  • For Data Analyst 2: One (1) year related work experience (equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted)
  • For Data Analyst 3: Three (3) years related work experience (equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted)
