About the role
- Collect, track, and maintain accurate data related to reclaimed water programs and initiatives.
- Perform detailed analysis of reclaimed water data to identify trends, compliance status, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to support regulatory and permitting processes.
- Collaborate with District regulatory and permitting staff to ensure alignment with established guidelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including FDEP, utilities, cooperators, and professional organizations, to share data and support joint initiatives.
- Ensure all activities align with District Strategic Goals for reclaimed water and contribute to long-term planning and resource management.
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with regulatory requirements and District standards.
- Provide technical support and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and policy development.
- Participate in and coordinate in emergency management activities, other departmental activities, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science, environmental science, engineering or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
- Valid driver’s license
- For Data Analyst 2: One (1) year related work experience (equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted)
- For Data Analyst 3: Three (3) years related work experience (equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted)
