About the role
- Sell and promote Ford Accessories sales processes within the Ford Dealerships
- Train, advise and support dealership personnel on Ford Accessories
- Achieve monthly sales objectives tied to dealership performance
- Consult with dealership managers to improve sales processes and profitability opportunities
- Develop customized accessories displays and incentive programs
- Engage in training dealership personnel on selling processes
- Provide local accessory support for divisional & dealer events
Requirements
- Previous experience as an entrepreneurial sales professional is desired
- Basic understanding of dealership operations
- Passion for working with and/or selling to dealerships
- Expectation to work full-time in the dealerships within assigned geographical territory
- Candidate should reside in proximity to assigned geographical territory
- Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is desired
