About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide ongoing email and telephone client support and resolution for Treasury Management products and services
Research and respond to Treasury Management client inquiries professionally, timely, and efficiently
Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, pricing, documentation, operating systems, data transmissions, file formats, and protocols
Provide primary phone support and daily client contact for Treasury Management issues, products, and commercial account analysis
Partner with Treasury Management Implementation Specialists and Sales Officers to resolve client inquiries
Advise clients on online security, product/service utilization, and enhancements
Ensure quality service-level agreements for implementation tasks and timelines are met
Maintain compliant client documentation, internal processes, and procedures
Maintain tracking logs for client additions, changes, and deletions
Assist Sales Officers in identifying client needs and providing additional Treasury Management products and services
Provide telephone sales support for basic Treasury Management products and services
Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff
Assist with special projects
Participate in data mapping, testing, and conversion projects related to bank mergers
Accept other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
2 years of related experience in Treasury Management, a Commercial Call Center, Client Service, or Operations
Previous banking experience preferred
MS Office expertise
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services, account analysis, and online banking systems preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven success in problem analysis and resolution
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy
Required annual compliance training and New Employee Orientation
Must effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports
Ability to work extensively at a computer
