About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for assisting management with workflow oversight, staffing, and training for the Loan Insurance Escrow team
- Guiding insurance, tax, and escrow specialists through their daily functions
- Ensuring all policies and procedures meet federal and state regulations and adhere to auditor guidelines
- Researching and resolving complex issues by navigating multiple systems and reviewing insurance and tax vendor records
- Coordinating release testing and relaying system updates to specialists
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Loan operations or equivalent role
- Must be knowledgeable in all loan servicing functions including consumer, commercial and mortgage loans
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory items is required
- Experience with FiServ systems software is preferred
- Proficient with Office products including Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
