About the role
- Oversees people, processes and initiatives as they relate to the Information Technology
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to teams
- Assists Leadership and Team Members with the IT PMO intake processes, portfolio management process, and IT project management tools and best practices
- Directly manages IT PMO staff members
- Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
- Manages project intake and prioritization to include use of available resources and tools
- Supports the successful delivery of IT projects/programs within scope, resources, budget, and timelines
- Track and report on project portfolio performance
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in both Project Management and Financial Services
- Previous staff management experience
- Project Management, Management Proficiency, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Developing and Tracking Budgets, Process Improvement, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management, Reporting & Metrics, IT Risk
- Advanced knowledge MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint
- Advanced knowledge of SSB Project Management Tools (i.e. Service Now)
