About the role

  • Oversees people, processes and initiatives as they relate to the Information Technology
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to teams
  • Assists Leadership and Team Members with the IT PMO intake processes, portfolio management process, and IT project management tools and best practices
  • Directly manages IT PMO staff members
  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
  • Manages project intake and prioritization to include use of available resources and tools
  • Supports the successful delivery of IT projects/programs within scope, resources, budget, and timelines
  • Track and report on project portfolio performance

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in both Project Management and Financial Services
  • Previous staff management experience
  • Project Management, Management Proficiency, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Developing and Tracking Budgets, Process Improvement, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management, Reporting & Metrics, IT Risk
  • Advanced knowledge MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint
  • Advanced knowledge of SSB Project Management Tools (i.e. Service Now)
