About the role
- Take ownership of all tasks and challenges encountered in the operation of the assigned position
- Responsible for facilitating business change management by developing business requirements
- Work closely with business users and others in all stages of the project lifecycle
- Manage Deposit Operations portion of all bank-wide projects including major software upgrades and mergers and/or acquisitions
- Document all testing requirements for Deposit Operations and participate in testing.
- Identify issues through testing processes and formulate potential solutions
- Coordinate completion of tasks by Deposit Operations through implementation of projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years operations experience with demonstrated experience in implementing changes in technology or processes
- Strong understanding of core banking system functionality and workflows
- Proficient in Excel (including Power Query) for analysis, automation, and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of deposit processes and compliance requirements as well as payment processing.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
