About the role
- Develop, lead, and execute SSB’s credit training within the Commercial Portfolio Management Team
- Develop SSB Commercial Credit Curriculum
- Lead a PM Training Program
- Support SSB’s Corporate Stewardship and CPA Program with high level Credit Training
Requirements
- 4-year college degree required (preferred: business or finance)
- 15+ year experience in Commercial Credit Underwriting and/or Approval
- Underwriting Experience required, approval experience preferred
- 7+ years management/leadership experience required
- Completion of formal Credit Training Program preferred
- CRC (RMA) certification preferred
