About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform diagnostic radiographic exams
- Utilize PACS and EMR systems
- Maintain appropriate IV and Contrast competency
- Follow established protocols and procedures for proper patient positioning, exposure control, and radiation protection
- Communicate clearly and effectively with everyone involved in the patient care process
- Clean and inspect departmental equipment
- Clean and stock Imaging rooms
- Support smooth operations of the Diagnostic Imaging department while providing appropriate patient care and customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree in Radiology or Certificate Program
- ARRT
- IEMA
- BLS
- Maintain appropriate IV and Contrast competency
- Technical experience: N/A
- Ability to follow protocols for patient positioning, exposure control, and radiation protection
- Ability to utilize PACS and EMR systems
- Must provide patient care and customer service
