About the role

  • Lead the design and optimization of Epic Cheers Campaigns and related CRM capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Population Health, clinical stakeholders, and Epic application teams
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to measure campaign performance, ROI, and overall impact

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business, IT or Healthcare Related field required or 2 years of IT or healthcare experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Cheers Campaigns, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Ambulatory or Cadence preferred.
  • Relevant job-related certifications with Epic application certification within 90 days of hire, as applicable.
