The National Manager of Generator and Electrical Growth is responsible for driving revenue growth in residential generator and electrical product categories across multiple business units.
This role combines technical expertise with sales enablement to influence outcomes through training, strategy, and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be Generac-certified (or equivalent), with proven success in multi-site leadership and the ability to scale consistent growth strategies nationwide.
Travel up to 75–80% to visit centers, support regional teams, conduct live training, and attend industry events and vendor meetings.
Requirements
5+ years of residential electrical or generator industry experience with strong technical knowledge of systems, codes, and products.
3+ years in a leadership role, with proven experience in training, technical sales, or product management.
Multi-site management required.
Generac certification (or equivalent) preferred.
Demonstrated success influencing sales outcomes through training, technical coaching, and consultative selling.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Electrical license or certification (preferred).
Service Titan/CRM system experience strongly preferred.
