About the role
- Work with a variety of teams to become familiar in all aspects of the company
- Participate in training, on-site meetings, and department-wide learning opportunities as available
- Assist with our On-Premise Surveys
- Support the team with additional projects as assigned and defined by student's specific learning goals
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
- Maintain at a minimum a 2.0 GPA (Grade Point Average)
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and software applications related to job functions
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
