About the role
- Responsible for loss prevention and shortage control programs
- Provide a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors
- Provide security for the company warehouse, offices, and general assets against theft, vandalism, fire, and illegal entry
- Monitor and assist with the tracking of product shortages
- Investigate reports of known or suspected internal theft, violence, or other criminal acts of an associate
- Conduct company shrink compliance audits in the distribution center
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- Must be able to frequently lift/lower, push, carry, or pull 48lbs
- This position is deemed a safety-sensitive position. Any person who is given a conditional offer of employment will be required to pass a drug test, including a marijuana test.
