Supply Chain

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that align with strategic goals and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance
• Analyze data from multiple sources to support informed business decisions and identify industry trends
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop integration plans that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational outcomes
• Build strong relationships and collaborate across teams to drive key initiatives, influence without authority, and ensure seamless technology integration
• Scout, evaluate, and pilot innovative technologies to foster operational excellence and lead rapid proof of concept and pilot projects
• Manage partnerships with external technology providers and research institutions to expand capabilities and stay ahead of industry shifts
• Champion change management, promote technology adoption, and establish governance for responsible deployment
• Represent the company at industry forums and contribute thought leadership
• Apply hands-on experience working in a supply chain operation, AI, automation, IoT, or robotics
• Perform other related duties as needed
