Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Leverage online platforms, job boards, networking, and social media to attract qualified candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and candidate progress using the company’s applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting specifically within healthcare environments, including hospital systems, pharmacy, or related clinical settings.
3+ years of recruiting experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Minimum of 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for experience using ADP Workforce Now.
Must demonstrate proficiency in system navigation, data management, reporting, and recruiting or employee lifecycle workflows.
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive talent.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
