About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Leverage online platforms, job boards, networking, and social media to attract qualified candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and candidate progress using the company’s applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting specifically within healthcare environments, including hospital systems, pharmacy, or related clinical settings.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Minimum of 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for experience using ADP Workforce Now.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in system navigation, data management, reporting, and recruiting or employee lifecycle workflows.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive talent.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
