About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of 2–3 application products from concept through production
- Rapidly prototype and validate ideas through hands-on coding
- Translate high-level product concepts into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans
- Define early architecture, tooling, and implementation approaches
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities
- Coordinate engineering workstreams to ensure clarity, momentum, and delivery alignment
- Remove ambiguity, identify bottlenecks, and maintain development velocity
- Act as a bridge between business goals and technical execution
- Support scaling of engineering efforts by structuring work for broader team execution
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven track record of building and shipping products end-to-end
- Strong hands-on coding ability, particularly in early-stage or ambiguous environments
- Experience turning undefined ideas into structured technical execution plans
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- Strong product intuition with a bias toward action and delivery
- Experience managing or contributing to multiple parallel product initiatives
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
