About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting directly to the CEO as the organizational architect and PMO leader.
  • Architect scalable processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Drive enterprise strategy and oversee Business Intelligence, Project Management, and Medical Economics.
  • Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor, managing the strategic agenda and board preparations.
  • Implement standardized project management methodologies and manage the strategic project portfolio.
  • Direct the BI function to design and deliver intuitive dashboards and data models.
  • Oversee Medical Economics team, analyzing utilization trends and performance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare strategy, operations, process design, or PMO.
  • Proven track record of treating "design" as a core business function.
  • Background overseeing data-heavy functions (Business Intelligence, Medical Economics, or Value-Based Care analytics).
  • Direct experience operating as a Chief of Staff or strategic right-hand to a CEO/Founder.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent Master’s strongly preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or PMP certifications are highly desirable.
