About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting directly to the CEO as the organizational architect and PMO leader.
- Architect scalable processes, systems, and workflows.
- Drive enterprise strategy and oversee Business Intelligence, Project Management, and Medical Economics.
- Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor, managing the strategic agenda and board preparations.
- Implement standardized project management methodologies and manage the strategic project portfolio.
- Direct the BI function to design and deliver intuitive dashboards and data models.
- Oversee Medical Economics team, analyzing utilization trends and performance metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare strategy, operations, process design, or PMO.
- Proven track record of treating "design" as a core business function.
- Background overseeing data-heavy functions (Business Intelligence, Medical Economics, or Value-Based Care analytics).
- Direct experience operating as a Chief of Staff or strategic right-hand to a CEO/Founder.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent Master’s strongly preferred.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or PMP certifications are highly desirable.
