About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting directly to the CEO as the organizational architect and PMO leader.
Architect scalable processes, systems, and workflows.
Drive enterprise strategy and oversee Business Intelligence, Project Management, and Medical Economics.
Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor, managing the strategic agenda and board preparations.
Implement standardized project management methodologies and manage the strategic project portfolio.
Direct the BI function to design and deliver intuitive dashboards and data models.
Oversee Medical Economics team, analyzing utilization trends and performance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare strategy, operations, process design, or PMO.
Proven track record of treating "design" as a core business function.
Background overseeing data-heavy functions (Business Intelligence, Medical Economics, or Value-Based Care analytics).
Direct experience operating as a Chief of Staff or strategic right-hand to a CEO/Founder.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent Master’s strongly preferred.
Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or PMP certifications are highly desirable.
