Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and support the unified communications environment
Execute project-related tasks related to unified communications initiatives
Maintain and expand expertise in unified communications technologies
Develop and maintain technical standards for the unified communications environment
Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
Monitor system performance and optimize the environment to ensure user productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma required
BS in Information Systems or related field preferred
8-10 years managing IT systems
5 years’ experience managing PBX or Unified Communications platforms
Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization
Knowledge of enterprise-level technologies including AD/LDAP, enterprise anti-virus, enterprise backup systems
Familiarity with ITIL, HIPAA, HITECH, and other standards applicable to healthcare IT
