About the role

  • Provides clerical service to BHCP staff; data entry into electronic health records; tracking interoffice medical records; administrative support with time sheets, invoices, mail.
  • Responsible for provision of routine clerical service to the BHCP staff.
  • Preparing correspondence, proposals, financial reports, and other clerical functions etc. as assigned by the Program Director.
  • Preparation of reports and other documentation relative to team meetings and provider meetings.
  • Coordination and logistics of assigned meetings (food, supplies, space).
  • Maintaining supplies; distributing supplies.
  • Distribution and tracking of program gift cards.
  • Processing and coding of invoices; submitting program expenses.
  • Maintain program staff hours and submit timesheets to payroll.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Remote work option: remote work is permissible 0-60% of the week with scheduling coordination with department manager.
  • Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm; 35 hours

Requirements

  • Excellent typing and clerical skills.
  • Ability to initiate tasks independently as well as carry out assigned functions.
  • Ability to deal effectively with the staff and community at large.
  • Ability to assume increasing office management responsibilities
