Provides clerical service to BHCP staff; data entry into electronic health records; tracking interoffice medical records; administrative support with time sheets, invoices, mail.
Responsible for provision of routine clerical service to the BHCP staff.
Preparing correspondence, proposals, financial reports, and other clerical functions etc. as assigned by the Program Director.
Preparation of reports and other documentation relative to team meetings and provider meetings.
Coordination and logistics of assigned meetings (food, supplies, space).
Maintaining supplies; distributing supplies.
Distribution and tracking of program gift cards.
Processing and coding of invoices; submitting program expenses.
Maintain program staff hours and submit timesheets to payroll.
Other duties as assigned.
Remote work option: remote work is permissible 0-60% of the week with scheduling coordination with department manager.
Monday-Friday; 9am-5pm; 35 hours
Requirements
Excellent typing and clerical skills.
Ability to initiate tasks independently as well as carry out assigned functions.
Ability to deal effectively with the staff and community at large.
Ability to assume increasing office management responsibilities
