About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial assistance by accumulating data, analyzing trends, and preparing analysis for business review.
Coordinates and compiles the monthly and annual budgets.
Provides deviation analysis of performance metrics.
Gather data from various external sources as well as internal applications, programs, and processes to determine the factors affecting or expected to affect revenue, expense, and/or customer experience.
Utilizes data to generate standard or custom reports summarizing energy efficiency program performance.
Analyzes reports, identify exceptions requiring action, identifies opportunities for operational improvements, and offers solutions.
Synthesizes current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
Compiles and prepares information in response to data requests.
Manage key vendor contracts and relationships.
Responsible for regulatory report coordination and fulfillment.
Manage internal process for loan program application approval.
Partner with vendors and other state utilities regularly to manage dual fuel energy efficiency projects.
Receive and log vendor invoices, and update vendor billing information as needed.
Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
Energy efficiency experience (Preferred)
Utility experience (Preferred)
PowerBI experience (Preferred)
