About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide financial assistance by accumulating data, analyzing trends, and preparing analysis for business review.
- Coordinates and compiles the monthly and annual budgets.
- Provides deviation analysis of performance metrics.
- Gather data from various external sources as well as internal applications, programs, and processes to determine the factors affecting or expected to affect revenue, expense, and/or customer experience.
- Utilizes data to generate standard or custom reports summarizing energy efficiency program performance.
- Analyzes reports, identify exceptions requiring action, identifies opportunities for operational improvements, and offers solutions.
- Synthesizes current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
- Compiles and prepares information in response to data requests.
- Manage key vendor contracts and relationships.
- Responsible for regulatory report coordination and fulfillment.
- Manage internal process for loan program application approval.
- Partner with vendors and other state utilities regularly to manage dual fuel energy efficiency projects.
- Receive and log vendor invoices, and update vendor billing information as needed.
- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Energy efficiency experience (Preferred)
- Utility experience (Preferred)
- PowerBI experience (Preferred)
