About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day execution and administrative support to the Marketing team
- Focus on email marketing support, online reputation management, and data exporting/reporting
- Assist with building, scheduling, and sending email campaigns using company-approved platforms
- Update email lists, manage basic segmentation, and ensure accuracy of contact data
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (opens, clicks, bounces) and export reports
- Monitor and respond to online customer reviews using approved templates
- Escalate sensitive or negative reviews to the Marketing Manager as needed
- Export marketing, customer, and campaign data from internal systems and platforms
- Maintain organized spreadsheets and trackers for marketing activities and results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of marketing or marketing support experience
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar)
- Experience responding to or managing online reviews (Google, Yelp, social platforms, etc.)
- Strong data handling skills, including exporting and organizing data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow established processes, templates, and brand guidelines
