About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives designed to generate new advertiser demand and support sales pipeline growth
  • Identify creative approaches to reach new prospective clients across key technology sectors
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing programs with revenue objectives and advertiser needs
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to guide marketing strategy
  • Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns promoting portfolio of offerings
  • Develop compelling marketing messaging and creative that resonates with B2B technology advertisers
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, web, social media, and targeted outreach
  • Create marketing materials and sales support tools including prospect outreach templates and campaign sell sheets
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing and campaign analytics
  • Research and identify new advertiser categories and prospect audiences
  • Maintain and update marketing materials across the portfolio

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on campaign execution experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience in B2B media, publishing, or technology marketing (preferred)
  • Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-driven marketing programs (preferred)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics (preferred)
  • Experience developing marketing materials such as media kits, sales decks, and campaign creative (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
