About the role

  • facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams
  • identifying and removing barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with emphasis on resolving issues with subcontractors
  • providing timely project status updates to Project Managers
  • maintaining and updating company database
  • generating customized reports and pivot tables
  • creating and tracking contracts, purchase orders, and submittals
  • serving as the primary point of contact with external vendor representatives
  • handling correspondence between general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors
  • tracking quality control for internal and subcontractors

Requirements

  • knowledge of Telecommunications preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • clear written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with internal systems, databases, or project management tools (Smartsheet, Project Management experience, ERP, and Oracle are desired)
  • strong organizational, administrative, and follow-up skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel experience in advanced analytics, pivot tables, formulas, PowerPoint, Teams)
