💰 ₱40,000 - ₱55,000 per month

About the role

  • A strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer driven focus.
  • Will work between service delivery, HR and Payroll for workforce management.
  • Monitor queue management and manage skills.
  • Analyze past volume staffing patterns using historical and forecasted data.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly WFM business reports for the client partners and senior management team.
  • Lead governance calls with internal and external teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management in the BPO or shared service industry.
  • Experience in forecasting, scheduling, real-time operations management.
  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/College Degree in Business Statistics, business management or equivalent job experience.
  • Exposure or working knowledge to workforce management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Expertise and proficiency in MS excel, Google analytics, Google looker studio.
