About the role
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of Sales Trackers
- Pull and compile data from Tableau and NetSuite
- Produce Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-date (YTD) variance reports
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate sales assignments
- Manage Salesforce admin requests and delegate when necessary
- Support Sales VPs with reporting and data requests
- Manage discount structures within Diner and NetSuite
- Build custom reports for Sales and Certification teams
- Ensure account hierarchies and product codes are accurate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years experience in an operations analyst, reporting analyst, FP&A analyst, sales operations analyst, or similar role
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, complex formulas, conditional formatting, charting, and comfort working with large datasets
- Strong data validation and reconciliation skills
- Ability to summarize variances and communicate insights clearly
- High attention to detail and consistent accuracy in reporting outputs
- Ability to work independently and drive tasks through completion
- Salesforce exposure (nice to have)
- NetSuite exposure (nice to have)
- Tableau exposure (nice to have)
- Power BI exposure (nice to have)
