The professional will be responsible for managing and coordinating a set of strategic projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Act as the link between the client, internal departments and project teams, ensuring deliveries within the defined schedule, scope and budget.
Key activities include:
Plan, monitor and control the project portfolio under their responsibility;
Interface with the client, leading alignment meetings, results presentations and follow-up on requests;
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility and return to the business;
Support teams in the implementation of corporate systems and solutions (with emphasis on Oracle and Thomson Reuters, when applicable);
Ensure project governance, using performance indicators (KPIs) and executive reports;
Identify risks, propose action plans and ensure the quality of deliverables;
Promote synergy among the areas involved and encourage good management and communication practices;
Support the evolution of internal processes, suggesting continuous improvements in methodologies and management tools.
