About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Credential Physicians
Work with credentialing coordinator to ensure all required Hospital credentialing documents are completed
Assist credentialing coordinator with physician and the return of all hospital paperwork
Work with staffing coordinator to make sure start dates align with credentialing time frame
Research license requirements and pre-fill license application for physician
Assist physician with license application process to ensure timely completion of paperwork and processing
Negotiate, arrange and complete license agreement with physician
Communicate schedule openings and schedule physician based on availability
Obtain physicians travel preference – dates, times, special requirements, etc. and communicate with travel coordinator
Follow up on Work Record process. Calling physicians to make sure Work Records are received on time

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-year prior experience in the health services industry, specifically in a sales, account management or recruitment role
Bachelor’s Degree required
