Lead, plan, and execute cross-functional business, technology, and process improvement projects from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and timelines
Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior and mid-level project managers
Identify opportunities for business process optimization, operational improvements, and automation

Requirements

15+ years of experience leading large, complex projects with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of driving cross-functional healthcare initiatives, particularly within Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) or related value-based care settings
Exceptional communication skills and expertise in change management
Experience in healthcare, population health, or ACO initiatives is strongly preferred
Experience managing quality vendors and overseeing quality reporting is desirable
Bachelor’s degree is required
PMI (Project Management Institute) PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification required
