About the role

  • Analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes across the Sound Long Term Care Management ACO organization
  • Creating detailed process maps and translating them into clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies
  • Developing detailed process maps using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Translating process flows into comprehensive SOPs that are clear, concise, and user-friendly
  • Recommending process improvements based on data analysis and best practices
  • Facilitating workshops and interviews to gather process requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in process mapping, business analysis, or operations documentation
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and documentation software
  • Strong understanding of SOP development and compliance standards
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
