About the role
- Analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes across the Sound Long Term Care Management ACO organization
- Creating detailed process maps and translating them into clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Developing detailed process maps using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio)
- Translating process flows into comprehensive SOPs that are clear, concise, and user-friendly
- Recommending process improvements based on data analysis and best practices
- Facilitating workshops and interviews to gather process requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in process mapping, business analysis, or operations documentation
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and documentation software
- Strong understanding of SOP development and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
