About the role
- Identifying and qualifying clinicians to support staffing goals
- Onboarding and obtaining clinician’s availability to support site teams in preparing hospital schedules
- Active ownership in communications with all temporary clinicians to fill gaps on schedules
- Temp Labor Sourcing and Qualifications Review
- Liaison for temp labor orientations and clinical shifts
- Attending all local and regional calls representing the Staffing Department
- Partnering with Echo Recruiters to identify new incoming clinicians
- Developing successful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Providing a consultative approach to removing barriers and identifying solutions
- Partnering with field operations to drive down and manage temporary labor costs
- Forecasting, evaluating, and managing clinician roster and bench
- Auditing staffing success, KPIs, and escalating areas of concern
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree, or an equivalent combination work experience and education
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1 year experience in a Staffing Consultant position
- Expert in the staffing consultant role
- Scheduling and forecasting
