About the role
- Supporting selected post-acute Telemedicine programs by running start up processes and day-to-day operations
- Implementing new telemedicine service and supporting continuous process improvement
- Helping Sound Physicians central service teams in accounting, IT, legal, HR, etc as needed for client accounts
- Working with regional telemedicine business and clinical team to identify, design, and implement best practices
- Identifying opportunities in daily workflows and assisting the leadership team in problem solving and resolution
- Maintaining system data for accurate operational reporting
- Providing ongoing technical troubleshooting for live Telemedicine programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or similar field
- 2-3 years’ experience working with healthcare operational management
- Working knowledge of the home health industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
